Hedo Turkoglu made the difference last night, as his 23 points and crucial last second free throws led Orlando past Philly 108-106, the AP reports. With the lead see-sawing all game, the Magic pulled ahead decisively with a minute and a half left in regulation to take their third straight, and end Philly's two-game run.  In other NBA action:

  • Miami last night earned the dubious honor of being the worst team in basketball, losing to the Nets, 94-85. They've dropped 18 of their last 19 games.
  • With a 104-83 drubbing of the injury-riddled Clippers, Minnesota pulled a half-game ahead of Miami in the race for last place, having won five of their last seven games.
