Ferry makes 2 runs in morning, 2 in evening

(Newser) – Google's latest infrastructure project is a private catamaran ferry to help get its workers to the office. Google reportedly began contracting an 83-foot, 149-passenger ferry called Triumphant on Monday on a trial basis. Triumphant reportedly makes two runs each in the morning and evening between San Francisco and Redwood City—which gets riders about halfway to Google's Mountain View headquarters.
