(Newser) – It's a video that has drawn national attention—a Nebraska toddler being encouraged to swear and say racial slurs by the adults filming him. Though police in Omaha said nothing in the video was illegal, Child Protective Services took the young boy in the video along with three other children into protective custody for "safety concerns" on Wednesday. Turns out, the toddler's mother was one of those other three minors in custody—she's just 16. She sat down with Omaha's KETV yesterday and insisted, "For everybody that thinks I'm a bad mother, I'm not. I'm a good mother to my son, and I teach him a lot."
