(Newser) – Well, this sounds about right: Insiders tell Radar that increasingly troubled Justin Bieber wants to take a little hiatus from music ... so he can open a tattoo parlor. That's what Bieber apparently told his manager, as well as his mentor Usher, over the weekend in Panama, where Team Bieber held a meeting to try to get the young star back on the straight and narrow after his recent arrest.

Bieber's "short-term plans include opening a tattoo parlor with his dad," a source says. "They have talked about it for a very long time. It’s his dream for it to be a very high-end parlor, unlike anything currently out there." But that could be a problem, since Bieber Sr. is apparently quite the partier and may have even been the person who blocked the intersection before Bieber's arrest so his son could drag race. Oh, and after Bieber's release from jail? Daddy Dearest reportedly took him to a bar. Click for more.
