(Newser) – Construction workers in Seattle have found what appears to be a fossil from the Ice Age. The workers unearthed what experts at the Burke Museum believe to be a tusk from a mammoth that lived about 10,000 years ago. The museum is hoping to get permission from the site's owner not only to delicately extract the tusk but to do more digging in the area, home to a future housing development.
