Honey Maid Turns Hateful Reaction to Ad Into 'Love'

Cmpany says it got more positive feedback than negative on pro-LGTB ad

(Newser) – Honey Maid released an ad featuring a gay couple as well as mixed race parents—and when it got some negative feedback, the company found a way to turn it positive. Honey Maid asked two artists to take all the negative and hateful comments and turn them into something else: the word "Love." Then, the two artists in the response video filled in the rest of the piece—basically, the background of "Love"—with the positive comments received, which Honey Maid said made up the vast majority of feedback.
