The New Orleans Hornets were without their starting center and shooting guard, but still managed to rout the Memphis Grizzlies 112-99 last night, reports the Associated Press. David West had 33 points and 10 rebounds and Peja Stojakovic made six 3-pointers and finished with 26 points for the Hornets. New Orleans was without a sick Tyson Chandler and a hurt Morris Peterson. In other NBA action:

  • The Indiana Pacers rode 29 points from Danny Granger to their second straight win, a 101-93 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers. It was the Pacers 11th straight game without center Jermaine O'Neal.
  • Lou Williams led five players in double figures with 18 points as the Philadelphia 76ers beat the Los Angeles Clippers, 101-80.
