(Newser) – Actor Michael Jace, best known for playing Julien Lowe on The Shield from 2002 to 2008, has been arrested and charged in his wife's murder, police tell CNN. April Jace, 40, was found fatally shot in her home in south Los Angeles last night, and Jace has now been booked on a homicide charge. TMZ reports that Jace himself called police, and that he said on the 911 call, "I shot my wife." Sources say he was home alone; his wife came home with their two children, and he allegedly shot her a short time later—as the children, both under 10, looked on.

If you are dumb enough, to have a gun around your house You Are TEN TIMES, more likely To be killed by it. Rather Than any supposed burglar.

Imagine what might have happened if there were a number he could have called and said, "I am thinking about shooting my wife"
