Andre Miller scored 21 points as the Philadelphia 76ers handed the Dallas Mavericks their second straight loss to a team at least seven games under .500. On Sunday Dallas was stunned by New Jersey. Dirk Nowitzki did not play well, putting up a meager 15 points, on 4-of-15 shooting, as the Mavericks scored only 23 second-half points, reports the Associated Press.

Andre Iguodala scored eight of his 14 points in the final quarter as the Sixers earned an 84-76 victory. The win gives Philadelphia four in a row, equaling their best streak of the year. Josh Howard sat out most of the fourth quarter for Dallas because of a bruised lower back, still he led the team in points with 17. (More basketball stories.)
