(Newser) – Russia keeps talking a good game about de-escalating the violence in Ukraine, but the US today says it has three hulking pieces of evidence that the talk isn't translating into reality. The State Department has concluded that three T-64 tanks spotted yesterday crossing over the Ukraine border were indeed sent by Russia, reports the New York Times. What's more, the US says Russia also sent several rocket launchers and other military vehicles to pro-Russian rebels, who seem to be losing ground against Ukraine forces, reports Reuters. The intelligence got shared with NATO allies today.

I'm not so sure about that. These came out in the late 60's and is what the Ukrainian Army uses. They have an upgraded version called the T-64 BM Bulat. They could be stolen from the Ukrainian Army. The Russians have much more sophisticated tanks than the dated T-64.

the western bankers give weapons to all of their minions, so even if the Russians are arming rebels, they're not doing anything that our government doesn't do.
