More than a month after the June 7 crash that critically injured him and killed a fellow comedian and friend, Tracy Morgan was released from medical rehab yesterday and "will continue his recovery efforts at home with an aggressive outpatient program," says his publicist in a statement obtained by Time. "He asked me to pass along his sincerest gratitude to everyone who has helped him get to this point. He would also appreciate some privacy during this crucial point in his recovery." Morgan is suing Walmart since, the suit alleges, a Walmart tractor-trailer caused the crash. (More Tracy Morgan stories.)
