(Newser) – The clinic that performed outpatient throat surgery on Joan Rivers is being "reviewed" by the New York State Department of Health, TMZ reports. Officials clarify that this is not an official investigation and they aren't specifically targeting Rivers' doctor, but rather Yorkville Endoscopy as a whole. Meanwhile, ETOnline reports some good news about Rivers' condition: "Preliminary tests appear to rule out brain dead. There seems to be some function," says a family source. TMZ reports that it's not clear whether the 81-year-old is still on life support.

They should be investigated for figuring out how to transplant heads from Mannequins onto human bodies.

Instead of going after a clinic, go after the criminals who CAUSED her death: the CRIMINAL TOBACCO PUSHERS, who sold the ILLEGAL TOBACCO DRUG to her!
