It's sheer marketing genius, particularly for anyone who's ever sent or left a slightly or not-so-slightly inebriated message that just didn't seem as brilliant in the cold, sober light of day: An Argentine brewer is launching a campaign that lets anyone swilling one of its beers send a video message, or as Andes puts it, "say it easier with an Andes." The idea is pretty simple, notes Mashable: You scan a QR code on your bottle, download an Andes app, record your message, and hit send—presumably before you've had time to think better of it. "Basically it’s like Snapchat, but with beer," writes Stan Schroeder. But here's the truly genius part: The message self-destructs after it plays. (More Andes stories.)
