Anne Hathaway's new movie, Song One, deals with some pretty serious stuff—but something about the way Hathaway described it to Jon Stewart on the The Daily Show last night struck them both as funny, and once they descended into the giggles, there was no stopping. Hathaway was explaining that she plays an anthropology Ph.D. student who stops speaking to her younger brother when he tells her he's dropping out of college to become a musician, "and they haven't spoken for six months and then he gets hit by a car and is in a coma." The abrupt description set them off—watch above—and it was all downhill from there. (This is still one of the best giggle fits ever to be broadcast on television.)
