Has Bill Clinton managed to get himself entangled in the Hillary Clinton email fracas by not sending any emails? A Bill Clinton spokesman told the Wall Street Journal yesterday that the former president still doesn't use email and has only sent two emails in his life, both as president: one to astronaut John Glenn, and another to US troops serving in the Adriatic. Clinton established his own @presidentclinton.com for staffers but doesn't use it himself, the spokesman said.

But as the Hill and many other outlets quickly noticed, Hillary Clinton said in her press conference addressing the email issue yesterday that the controversial private email account she used on a home server "contains personal communications from my husband and me" that she will not make public. The reasons for the discrepancy are unclear, though New York magazine notes that Bill does have an online presence that includes a Twitter account. (More Bill Clinton stories.)
