For much of coach Mike Krzyzewski's 800th win, it looked more like his 265th loss. No. 7 Duke, however, finished the game on a 14-5 run to beat North Carolina State 87-86 today, reports the Associated Press. DeMarcus Nelson hit two free throws with 1:01 as the Blue Devils (25-3) raised their ACC record to 12-2.

Nelson and Jon Scheyer both scored 19 points for the Blue Devils, who snapped a two-game road losing streak. Ben McCauley, who led the Wolfpack (15-14, 4-11) with 19 points, hit a free throw with 1:11 to put NC State up 86-85, but 10 seconds later he fouled Nelson to set up the winning shots.
