Obama-ite Rebuts Jack's Hill Vid

Two can play at remixing Nicholson roles

(Newser) – Director Rob Reiner had some fun remixing some of Jack Nicholson’s notable performances into a comic Hillary Clinton endorsement video, but it was barely in circulation yesterday before a Daily Kos blogger demonstrated that it was a game two could play. The Hillary video includes clips of Jack’s A Few Good Men character seeming to laud her experience, ending with “There’s nothing on this earth sexier … than a woman you have to salute in the morning.”

The Obama fan's rejoinder dips into the Nicholson oeuvre to find scenes of tantrums, and, copying Reiner's format, edits them into a bit about Clinton falling behind Obama, and using shady campaign tactics to counter his rise. Nicholson’s character from The Shining cries, “It was a mistake! It could have happened to anyone!” in response to the charge that Clinton played the race card.
