Lightweight Raptors Fall in Charlotte

Woes continue for Bucks on the road, Wolves at home

(Newser) – Already more of a finesse team before losing star big man Chris Bosh to a knee injury, the Raptors' weaknesses inside were fully exploited by the Bobcats, reports the National Post. Charlotte dominated the offensive boards: rookie Jared Dudley had six, matching Toronto's collective output in the 110-98 win. Jason Richardson totalled 30 points for the victors. Also in pro basketball:

  • The Bucks missed a chance to pull even with the Pacers, falling 128-106 in Indiana—the 11th loss in their last 12 road games.
  • Al Jefferson had 30 points and 12 boards, but it wasn't enough as the Timberwolves dropped their sixth straight against the SuperSonics.
