The attorney of a woman who was busted in a raid on a pot shop says he's got video showing the officers sampling the edible goodies and joking about the flavors, reports KTLA. He's planning to file a lawsuit, and the Santa Ana Police Department is investigating. In the video, one officer asks another, “Did you punch that one-legged guerita?” referring to an amputee in a wheelchair. "I was about to kick her in the f---ing nub," the female officer responds, reports the Los Angeles Times. Attorney Matthew Pappas represents the amputee. “I’d like to see the police officers disciplined for the behavior that goes on here," he says. "I’d like to see the city stop engaging in illegal conduct."

A police spokesperson says that while the department is "obviously concerned" about the content of the video—he may or may not be including the officers playing darts during the investigation—the department also wants to see an unedited version. The video is from surveillance cameras as well as from a hidden camera; the latter was set up because the owners of the Sky High Holistic medical dispensary hadn't been granted a permit to operate and were expecting to be raided, reports KTLA.
