A woman in Italy is out more than $400 because she called up the wife of the man she was sleeping with and told her all about it. A judge issued the fine, and an Italy's highest court of appeals upheld the ruling, reports the Local. The woman argued that because the wife had listened for a long time during multiple phone calls, she wanted to hear the information. But the court wasn't buying it: “The petulant and disturbing nature of the calls is shown in the anonymous forms they took." No word on whether the marriage is kaput. (More weird crimes stories.)
