(Newser) – Memphis continues their banner year with yet another win, this time crushing Tulane in the Conference USA tournament quarterfinals, 75-56. Chris Douglas-Roberts scored 17 points for the Tigers as they maintained their dominance of the Green Wave: Tulane hasn’t beaten Memphis since February 9, 2000. John Calipari’s team improved to 31-1 on the season, reports the AP. Elsewhere in conference tournament action:

  • Oregon made it interesting, but in the end Washington State came out on top, 75-70. Derrick Low led the Cougars with 18 points as they advance in PAC-10 play.
  • Not one Colorado State player scored in double-digits tonight as the Rams fell to No. 24 BYU, 89-62. CSU ended their lackluster season at 7-25; BYU advanced to the Mountain West title game.
