Fleetwood Mac may soon get a new face and a new voice: Sheryl Crow. "We definitely have plans for collaborating in the future, and we'll see what happens," the singer told Spinner.com. "I think that's going to be next year." She would join her friend Stevie Nicks and replace Christine McVie, who gave up touring long ago. The band hasn't hit the road since 2004.

Crow, currently touring for her new album Detours, says she's looking forward to working with her mentor. "I think the person I learned the most hands-on from is Stevie Nicks," she said. "She just exudes this kind of sensual love for music." Nicks has said she's not interested in going on with the group as "a boy's club."  (More Sheryl Crow stories.)
