Call Girl's Bro Pleads Guilty on Heroin Charges

(newser) – The brother of gubernatorial call girl Ashley “Kristen” Dupre has legal problems too: He pled guilty in New Jersey this week to possessing heroin with intent to distribute. Already on probation for other drug charges, Kyle Youmans will likely get more probation when he is sentenced next month, the Asbury Park Press reports.

Police first arrested Youmans 8 years ago for trying to sell heroin in a school zone. After a 25-month sentence, he was freed on 5 years' probation and stayed clear of the law until cops collared him again last summer. Youmans recently turned supporter of his prostitute sister, calling her an “independent woman. I love her, and I'm by her side, no matter what," he said.
