A millionaire in London was acquitted of raping a teen after claiming his penis must have accidentally entered her when he tripped and fell, the Telegraph reports. "I'm fragile," 46-year-old Ehsan Abdulaziz says. "I fell down but nothing ever happened between me and this girl." The "girl" is an 18-year-old woman who met Abdulaziz at a London club in August 2014, according to the New York Daily News. She and her 24-year-old friend went back to Abdulaziz's apartment for drinks, and the woman claims she woke up on his sofa to find him attempting to force intercourse, the Telegraph reports. Abdulaziz was allowed to give evidence in private, and a jury cleared him of the charges after half an hour of deliberations.
The Independent reports Abdulaziz claims he was trying to see if the woman wanted a T-shirt or cab ride home when she grabbed his hand and placed it between her legs. He says she then tried to pull him toward her, and that's when he fell, according to the Telegraph. The Independent reports Abdulaziz's DNA and semen were found inside the woman. He says it's possible his penis was sticking out of his underwear when he fell. He also claims he may have had semen on his hands after having sex with the woman's friend.
