Health experts are cheering a new Beverage Digest report. Soda companies not so much. The report finds per capita consumption of soda hit a 30-year low in 2015, per Fortune. Total volume fell for the 11th straight year with a 1.2% decline, reports Bloomberg. While all major soda companies struggled, Pepsi fared worst with a 3.1% drop in volume; Coke-owned Sprite and Fanta actually gained 3.3% and 8.3%, respectively. As proof that consumers are steering clear of artificial sweeteners, Diet Pepsi, Diet Coke, and Diet Mountain Dew each saw a 5% drop. (See last year's figures here.)
