People have apparently been inspired by the "Boaty McBoatface" fervor: A racehorse was recently named Horsey McHorseface, and now Schoolie McSchoolface has been proposed as the new name of an elementary school in Austin, Texas. The school district voted in March to rename Robert E. Lee Elementary based on feedback from parents and the community about the Confederate general's somewhat controversial historical role, and asked for new name suggestions. Schoolie McSchoolface was among them, but it didn't break the top 10 most-nominated names, KXAN reports.

The name with the most nominations at 45? Donald J. Trump Elementary. Coming in second, with 34 nominations, was the suggestion to keep the name Robert E. Lee Elementary. Other weird nominations: Adolf Hitler School for Friendship and Tolerance, Bleeding Heart Liberal Elementary, Hypothetical Perfect Person Memorial Elementary School, and two more Boaty-inspired names: Boaty McBoatface Elementary School and Schooly McSchoolerson. KXAN has the complete list of suggested names. The school district will make the final decision. (More Texas stories.)
