Cops Release Last Known Photo of Missing Florida Mom

It's been nearly a week since Tricia Todd vanished in Florida, and police have now released the last known surveillance photo of her in the hope of jogging memories. In the photo taken in a Publix supermarket in Hobe Sound Tuesday night, the 30-year-old Air Force vet is smiling and appears to be "in good spirits," Martin County Sheriff William Snyder says, per NBC News. Todd, who works as a hospice nurse, was supposed to pick up her 2-year-old daughter the next day, but her ex-husband told police that she never turned up. Her car, with the keys still in the ignition, was found near her home.

Snyder says Todd's home and car have been searched, along with the home of the ex-husband, and no evidence of a crime has been discovered, TCPalm reports. "No body fluids, no blood spatter, no damage," the sheriff says. He adds that although her phone and wallet have also vanished, there has been no activity on her credit card. The sheriff says reported sightings of Todd around the country have not panned out. One clue may be her social media postings, which suggest that "she was having some kind of emotional angst within herself," the sheriff says. "I guess that's the best way to describe it." (Another missing person case turned out to be an elaborate ruse, say police.)
