(NEWSER) - Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora may have to take extra care next time he gets behind the wheel of a steel horse, but the axman will be staying out of jail after cutting a deal with prosecutors over drunk driving charges, E! (NEWSER) - Bad: Getting arrested on suspicion of DUI. Worse: Getting arrested on suspicion of DUI at 10:30 in the morning. That's what happened yesterday to Samantha Ronson, DJ and Lindsay Lohan ex extraordinaire. Ronson was pulled over on her way home from Las Vegas, where she DJed Sunday night, when cops spotted her speeding in her black Porsche at 10:30am. Sources tell TMZ she didn't do well on her field sobriety test, then refused to take a breathalyzer and was arrested. At the station, she allegedly was found to be over the legal limit. Estella Warren busted for... quite a few things

(NEWSER) - Estella Warren didn’t just (allegedly) drink and drive, oh no. She (allegedly) crashed into three cars in LA yesterday, left the scene, and was busted by the cops. But she couldn’t just leave it at a DUI arrest. The model and Planet of the Apes actress then kicked a cop, failed a sobriety test, and got herself brought into the station. And she still wasn’t done! At the station, she slipped out of her handcuffs and ran for the door, E! reports. She was ultimately charged with DUI, hit and run, assault, and felony escape. Singer busted for public intoxication as boyfriend charged with DUI

(NEWSER) - Anthem-flubbing Christina Aguilera has a bigger scandal on her hands now: She was arrested early this morning in West Hollywood on charges of public intoxication. Her boyfriend Matthew Rutler was also charged with driving under the influence, TMZ reports. Aguilera looked "extremely intoxicated" and was "unable to take care of herself," law enforcement sources say, but add that "If the driver had NOT been arrested for DUI, [Christina] would have never been in trouble."
