A jarring police mugshot out of Connecticut shows the victim's name tattooed on the suspect's neck. Police in Waterbury have charged Adam Plaeger with strangling girlfriend Melanie Heuberger after an argument, reports the WTNH. A friend of the 40-year-old victim speculates that Plaeger "just snapped" and explains the tattoos: "As you can see (in) the pictures of him—he has a tattoo on his neck of her name, but he also has one on his arm, I believe," she says. "Basically he idolized her. She was like his queen." The 38-year-old is being held on a $1 million bond, reports CBS News. (More tattoos stories.)
