(Newser) – Angelina Jolie's new gig as a visiting professor at the London School of Economics was rumored to have been expanded to Georgetown University, the institution's sister school on this side of the Atlantic—but hopefully Georgetown students didn't get their hopes up, because the rumor was quickly shot down. A source told US Weekly Jolie, who will lecture and take part in workshops and research as part of the one-year Masters of Science in Women, Peace, and Security at the LSE this fall, would be doing the same at the Washington, DC college. But a Georgetown spokesperson has since clarified to the Washington Post that, while Jolie will indeed be lecturing at the LSE, there are no such plans for her to do so at Georgetown.
