Miley Snags 2 Kids Choice Awards, Stays Slime-Free

Posted Mar 30, 08 8:51 AM CDT in Arts & Living

(Newser) – Kids love Miley Cyrus and flying green slime, and both graced the stage last night at the 21st annual Kids Choice Awards, where the Hannah Montana star was named both favorite singer and favorite TV actress. But while the squeaky-clean star stayed just that, celebs like Laila Ali, Orlando Bloom, and Usher braved showers of green goo, the AP reports.

Heidi Klum went one better, donning a "butt spike belt" and swinging from a bungee to burst slime-filled balloons. Meanwhile, awards were given out to stars ranging from Jason Lee (for "Alvin and the Chipmunks"), tween heartthrob Drake Bell (favorite actor and best TV show), and Cameron Diaz (the inaugural Wannabe Award, for the person kids most want to emulate).
