For those losing sleep about the Angelina Jolie-Brad Pitt breakup, TMZ reports that the estranged couple has reached a deal regarding custody of the Brangelina tribe. The deal was offered up via the LA County Department of Children and Family Services, and was a take-it-or-duke-it-out-in-court offer that the couple opted to take. The lowdown: Jolie has custody of the kids until Oct. 20; Pitt gets visitation, though only with a therapist present at first; Pitt agrees to random drug and alcohol testing; Pitt and Jolie get individual counseling; and the whole family gets counseling together. A source tells US Weekly: "She did get what she wanted out of this. Now she wants to do what's best for the kids. Yes, she is still upset, but focused on family right now." Jolie, meanwhile, has availed herself of the services of a real-life scandal-fixer. (More Angelina Jolie stories.)
