Here's What Death Certificates Reveal for Fisher, Reynolds

Carrie Fisher's death certificate has been obtained by TMZ, but it doesn't answer many questions. It lists "cardiac arrest/deferred" as her cause of death, which means more testing, including toxicology testing, needs to be done before the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office can figure out what caused Fisher to go into cardiac arrest on a United Airlines flight, ultimately leading to her death. TMZ also obtained the death certificate for Fisher's mom, Debbie Reynolds; it essentially shows that she died after suffering a stroke, as has been reported. The official cause of death is listed as an intracerebral hemorrhage, with hypertension as an underlying cause.
