Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have broken up—or, as their reps put it in a statement to Us, they "are taking respectful, loving space at this time." The singer, 32, and actor, 40, had dated for more than a year, having first gotten together in January 2016, though they may not have been exactly monogamous all of that time. Us notes that they had been spotted together quite a bit recently—they spent the holidays together as well as Bloom's 40th birthday party in January, they were together at two Academy Awards parties on Sunday, and on Monday Bloom shared an Instagram photo of himself with Perry's dog. Their reps said the couple decided to release a statement "before rumors or falsifications get out of hand." (More Katy Perry stories.)
