A Bucket List Arrest: 5 Brilliant Stories This Week
Probably no one has enjoyed being arrested quite as much as 99-year-old Annie, who crossed an item off her bucket list last week in the Netherlands.   (Politie Nijmegen-Zuid)

A mom who saved her boy's life and a complete stranger who saved another boy's life make this week's list of inspiring stories:

  • A Boy Collapsed on a Soccer Field. His Mom Saved His Life: Jose Agredano was on the field for his final JV soccer game of the season earlier this month when his parents, watching from the stands in Watsonville, Calif., noticed something was wrong. They ran to their 16-year-old son, who had been hit by a ball, as he collapsed and stopped breathing. His mom, Dr. Gina Agredano, jumped into action: "I said to myself we were not going to die today."
  • Top Chef Names Dishwasher Co-Owner of Restaurant: The best chefs will tell you the success of a restaurant depends not on the chef, but on the entire staff, including the dishwashers. Chef Rene Redzepi is clearly among that group. His Noma restaurant in Copenhagen has received four Best Restaurant in the World awards, and Redzepi found an amazing way to honor a 62-year-old dishwasher who has worked at Noma since it opened 14 years ago.
