Question From Teenage Boy Leaves Gorsuch Speechless

Sometimes you just need to know what a Supreme Court nominee is willing to fight—be it 100 duck-sized horses or one horse-sized duck. The "would you rather" question, often debated on Reddit, was one of the odder questions Neil Gorsuch faced during Day 1 of his confirmation hearing Tuesday, reports Time.

Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake said the question came from his teenage son whom he'd asked for suggestions. For the record, Gorsuch didn't give an answer. He instead told Flake to tell his son, "I'm very rarely at a loss for words, but you got me." (More Neil Gorsuch stories.)
