Lena Dunham looks a little different these days, and not everyone is happy about it, E! reports. After the Girls creator showed up at an event for celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson last week clearly having lost weight, she started getting criticism for it, Dunham, who's also been showing off her impressive yoga poses lately, told Ellen DeGeneres on Ellen Wednesday. "Suddenly I got all these people saying, 'You're a hypocrite. I thought you were body positive. I thought you were a person who embraced body types of all sizes,'" said Dunham, who noted that it was a "crazy" experience since, prior to her weight loss, she was often criticized for being overweight.

As she explained to Ellen, she is body positive, but that means she's positive about bodies changing, too. She wrote about the subject last week on Instagram: "My body is an ever changing organism, not a fixed entity," she said. "Right now I'm struggling to control my endometriosis through a healthy diet and exercise. So my weight loss isn't a triumph and it also isn't some sign I've finally given in to the voices of trolls. Because my body belongs to ME--at every phase, in every iteration." Dunham told People that she asked Anderson to help her feel more powerful and get a stronger core because of the chronic physical pain she deals with as part of her endometriosis diagnosis, which she's written about extensively on Lenny Letter. (Dunham recently said President Trump's election helped her lose weight.)
