Monster trucks are already show stoppers in all their car-smashing, mud-drenched glory, but one driver decided it was time to up the game for everyone in motorsports. At the 2017 Monster Jam World Finals in Las Vegas, driver Lee O’Donnell brought down the house by performing the first-ever monster truck front flip in his behemoth blue crusher, reports the Washington Post. Watch the full performance in this video, where the flip happens a little after two minutes into his run. After tipping seconds later, he exits and salutes the cheering crowd. The Drive notes that he thanked his family before succinctly summing up his feat, which won him first in the freestyle competition: “This is awesome.” (More Monster truck stories.)
