Early aughts teen idol Aaron Carter was arrested in Georgia Saturday night on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana, CNN reports. Habersham County police say the 29-year-old was pulled over about 9pm north of Atlanta. He is facing charges of DUI, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and possession of drug-related objects, all of which are misdemeanors. Carter's girlfriend, photographer Madison Parker, who was in the car, was also arrested and charged with obstruction and two drug charges. TMZ reports they were told that Carter, who had a hit with the single "Aaron's Party (Come and Get It)" in 2000, refused a breathalyzer test and testing of his blood and urine to determine intoxication.
