First responders probably aren't among those who enjoyed Chance the Rapper's show in Hartford, Conn., where more than 90 people, many of them underaged, were hospitalized with severe intoxication. It was a "busy night," per deputy police chief Brian Foley—so much so that CNN reports that the town's ambulance provider had to call in help in ferrying patients to hospitals in neighboring towns. "When it's at this level, you're tapping into all your resources in the area," fire chief Raul Ortiz tells the Hartford Courant. "A typical concert is around 20-30 transports. Sixty would be very bad. We had 70 once and 90 last night," Foley says. Foley added that cops gave out 50 referrals for underage drinking, and that "additional steps will have to be taken to address these issues." (More Chance the Rapper stories.)
