With Scaramucci out, is Sean Spicer back in? That question has surfaced after the White House communications director was unceremoniously dumped earlier this week (Scaramucci's hire was the reported reason why press secretary Spicer left in the first place). But a senior White House official tells Reuters that Spicer, who committed to working in the Trump administration "through August," is still planning on departing. Per that official, too many eye-catching opportunities have been tossed Spicer's way since he tendered his resignation for him to consider returning to the White House podium, which has now been taken over by Sarah Huckabee Sanders. (Spicer may have new troubles to fend off over an explosive Fox News story.)
