President Trump says he loves the White House—and reports that he called it a "real dump" are yet more fake news. "I love the White House, one of the most beautiful buildings (homes) I have ever seen," Trump tweeted late Wednesday. "But Fake News said I called it a dump - TOTALLY UNTRUE." Trump was responding to a Golf.com report that claimed he told members at his Bedminster, NJ, golf club that he spent so much time there because he thought the White House was a dump. That report inspired Chelsea Clinton and former official White House photographer Pete Souza, among others, to defend the White House and its employees, USA Today notes. Love it or not, Trump will be leaving the White House this Friday for his first extended vacation since taking office. (More President Trump stories.)
