(Newser) – Not all cities are equal when it comes to raising children, and 24/7 Wall Street crunches data to come up with the municipalities that fare the worst. Among the factors used: quality of schools and recreational opportunities, crime, and rates of preschool enrollment and high school graduation. Here are the 10 worst-performing cities in the ranking:
