Paltrow Depression Confession

Posted Apr 17, 08 1:00 PM CDT in US Science & Health Gossip

(Newser) – News flash: Gwyneth Paltrow is human like everyone else. In the latest issue of Vogue, the Oscar-winning mother of two comes clean about her bout with depression after giving birth to her second child with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, E! online reports.

“I had postnatal depression after Moses,” Paltrow, 35, said. “I didn’t know I had it until after it was over. I just didn’t know what was wrong with me. … I felt really disconnected. I felt really down; I felt pessimistic.” Paltrow blames part of it on suspending her pre-baby acupuncture and massage treatments.
