(Newser) – A vagrant sifting through a trash can found confidential blueprints for the Freedom Tower, the New York Post reports. Though the documents are not complete, they contain sufficient information, such as the thickness of the building’s concrete core and schematics of the ventilation system, to facilitate a potentially devastating terrorist attack.

"An expert in explosives, demolition or biological weapons certainly could glean enough here to develop a game plan," said an architect who reviewed the documents for the Post. "You can see where all the concrete walls are, where the emergency stairwells are, and the electrical and HVAC systems."
