Magician David Blaine is being accused of rape by a British woman who says the 2004 incident left her suffering from anxiety and low self-esteem. Former model Natasha Prince tells the Daily Beast that she was 21 years old when Blaine invited her to his London residence the day after they met at a nightclub. She says he offered her a drink and told her he wanted to show her something in a bedroom. Prince says she remembers little of what happened next until she realized he was having sex with her. "I was limp, and I was very floaty; I was in and out of a deep sleep," she says. She adds she felt "stoned" when she woke up naked and can't remember leaving Blaine's residence.

Prince says she suffered from flashbacks for years after the incident and ended her modeling career early. She says she long blamed herself, but she decided to report the alleged rape last year after seeing a therapist. Police have confirmed that the allegation was reported in November. "There have been no arrests at this stage and inquiries continue," Scotland Yard said in a statement, per Page Six. Blaine's attorney, Marty Singer, says his client "vehemently denies that he raped or sexually assaulted any woman, ever, and he specifically denies raping a woman in 2004." Singer says Blaine has "nothing to hide" and will fully cooperate with any investigation. (More David Blaine stories.)
