As co-host of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize concert in Oslo, Kevin Spacey rubbed elbows with Norway's Princess Martha Louise and her husband, who was seated beside him. But Ari Behn says Spacey also rubbed something else. In an interview with Norwegian radio station P4, Behn, 45—who was married to the princess for 14 years before their divorce last year—says he and Spacey "had a nice conversation" for five minutes before Spacey asked him to go out for a cigarette, then "touched me right on the [genitals] under the table," per the Telegraph. Behn says he responded, "Eh, maybe later." The grey-haired Danish-Norwegian writer and former model joked that he was "black in my hair at that time, 10 years younger and right up [Spacey’s] alley."

Apart from 20 misconduct complaints received by London's Old Vic theater, where Spacey served as artistic director, Behn is now the 16th man to accuse the actor of sexual misconduct, a chain that began with actor Anthony Rapp's claim that Spacey made sexual advances on him when he was 14, reports USA Today. At the time, Spacey said he didn't recall "what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior" and announced he was "living as a gay man." Spacey, who is receiving treatment for sex addiction in Arizona, has not responded to most other accusations, including some for which he is under criminal investigation in London and Nantucket, Mass., per USA Today. Spacey has also been fired from Netflix's House of Cards. (More Kevin Spacey stories.)
