The suspected Waffle House shooter is in custody, the AP reports. Authorities say Travis Reinking, 29, was arrested Monday. "It was a citizen's tip that led to this apprehension," Nashville Police Chief Steve Anderson said, per CNN. Reinking, who was reportedly found in a wooded area behind an apartment complex near where he had last been seen, is suspected of using an assault rifle to fatally shoot four people at a Waffle House restaurant in Nashville Sunday. Police say he refused to make a statement upon his arrest and asked for a lawyer. Police announced earlier Monday that on the Tuesday before the shooting rampage, Reinking stole a BMW from a dealership near the restaurant. (More Waffle House stories.)
