You think you're scooping up a "paradise in bucolic Malibu," but instead you end up with a "nightmarish living hell"—happens to the best of us! Actually, that doesn't usually happen to most of us, but per a $5 million lawsuit filed by Megan Fox, it happened to her. TMZ reports on a complaint lodged against Brad Pitt's manager, Cynthia Pett-Dante, alleging Pett-Dante acted on behalf of a seller's group to rope Fox in 2016 into dropping $3.2 million on the home—which Fox says was plagued with problems.

Those issues, per Fox: rampant mold (including in the kids' bedrooms, master bedroom, and master bathroom), property that needs serious slope regrading, and several structures that aren't up to code, including walls, a gazebo, and animal pens. Fox mentions in her suit she had two young kids and was pregnant at the time she was convinced to buy the home. No comment yet from Pett-Dante. (More Megan Fox stories.)
