Heather Locklear is getting help after emergency services were called to her home for the second time in less than 24 hours. TMZ reports that the 56-year-old actress was rushed to the hospital from her Thousand Oaks, Calif., home after somebody called to report an overdose. Locklear was arrested Sunday night and accused of assaulting a police officer and an EMT.

Hours before the apparent overdose Monday, she left jail after posting $20,000 bail. Ventura County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Capt. Garo Kuredjiann tells People that deputies were called in to assist EMTs on Monday's call. TMZ's sources say Locklear, who was hospitalized after allegedly attacking her parents last week, had already been planning to seek treatment and is now in stable condition.
